20 lipca ukazał się "The Disturbance Fields" - czwarty już studyjny album Edison's Children - projektu, w którym udziela się Pete Trewavas. Tym razem obok Pete oraz Erica Blackwooda na płycie występują Rick Armstrong (syn kosmonauty Neila Armstronga) - na gitarach i basie oraz Henry Rogers na perkusji. Warto dodać, że w trzech utworach na perkusji zagrała Lisa Wetton - wdowa po Johnie Wettonie.
Album zawiera tylko jeden 68 minutowy utwór "Washed Away", podzielony na 14 części. Opowiada o siłach natury spowodowanych zanieczyszczeniem środowiska jak: huragany, trzęsienia ziemi, pożary, inne katastrofy.

Edison's Children to nowy projekt Ptete Trewavasa i Ericka Blacwooda. Album nosi tytuł: In "The Last Waking Moments". Na albumie gościnnie wystąpili m.in. Ian Mosley w "The Awakening" i "Slow Burn", całość zmiksowali Robin Boult znany współpracy z Fishem, oraz z albumu "Acoustic Industry" wspólnego z Petem, i Mike Hunter, który stworzył utwór River z czasów albumu Brave Marillion. Na płycie wystąpił również Mark Kelly, który dodał swój głos w utworze: "The Aweking". W stworzeniu albumu pomagał również Steve Rothery.
Przy zamówieniu albumu 11.11.11, Fani dostają w prezencie specjalną koszulkę, oraz zostaną wpisani do wkładki albumu. Album ma swoją premierę 18.11.11 i będzie dostępny w wersjach; Download, na CD, Download & CD, oraz w pakiecie; Download/CD/T-shirt/Poster.
